| 3. Photographs can not be returned and become the property of Act Now Talent, its affiliates or assigns. |
| 4. The photograph can be changed during the membership period. Please forward the new photograph to Act Now Talent, 7777 131st Street N., Ste. 7, Seminole, FL 33776 along with your Talent Identification number and name clearly indicated. |
| 5. The companies listed within this Site have not been prescreened and Act Now Talent makes no warranties regarding their products or services. |
| 6. Act Now Talent is not responsible for the content of any of the Sites linked to Act Now Talent and use of them is at the User’s own risk. |
| 7. Act Now Talent makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of the information provided, displayed or posted in this Site. |
